Employment and labour lawyer in Dubai: disputes with your employer

Private-sector labour disputes in the UAE start at MOHRE: mediation takes up to 14 days, and the ministry decides claims up to AED 50,000 itself. We calculate what you're owed, prepare the complaint and take the case further if it needs court.

When people come to us

  • Your employer pays late or not at all.
  • You were dismissed without cause or pushed to resign.
  • Your gratuity was miscalculated.
  • Your employer filed an absconding report.
  • You work in DIFC or ADGM, which have their own laws and courts.

What we do

  1. We calculate your claims: salary, gratuity, leave, compensation for dismissal.
  2. We prepare and file the MOHRE complaint and support you through mediation.
  3. If it doesn't settle, the case goes to the labour court, where a UAE-licensed advocate represents you.
  4. We follow through on enforcement.

Timelines and what drives the cost

An employee with a labour claim under AED 100,000 pays no court fees at any stage. You have 2 years from the end of employment to file.

Our fee depends on the size of the claim and whether it reaches court. We quote it after the calculation.
